Here is what the rest of the process typically looks like:

  1. Clear the Area: Move outdoor furniture, decorations, plants, and other items away to clear the workspace
  2. Clean the Surface: Power wash to remove any dirt, debris, mildew, and loose paint
  3. Scarpe and Sand: Any loose or peeling paint is carefully scraped off, and sanded to create a smooth ready surface for primer to adhere
  4. Surface Repair: Damaged areas such as rotten wood, loose boards are repaired
  5. Caulk and Seal: Gaps, cracks, seams and joints around windows, doors, trim, siding and other areas
  6. Protect and Mask: Tape and mask areas that will not be painted
  7. Prime: Apply a base coat of prime (as needed)
  8. Paint Application: We will begin application based on surface requirements - rolling, spraying, or brushing techniques
  9. Drying: Allow for the appropriate amount of time for the surface to be fully dry
  10. Finishes: Remove painters tape and begin Touch-ups
  11. Final walk-through: Meet with the Client to ensure satisfaction.
  12. Final Touch-ups: Conclude the final touches needed for a flawless finish
